Pilates classes in Lilydale

We offer two mats-based pilates classes per week as part of our clinical services. 

All classes are programmed and supervised by physiotherapist Jade Cornwall. Jade has extensive experience in prescribing pilates exercises for a range of clients, from healthy people who want to get fit, to those looking to recover from injury.

Pilates is an excellent tool for rehabilitation after injury, particularly involving the lower back. It is highly effective in developing core strength, improving posture and enhancing flexibility.

Each class takes place in a specific pilates studio using mats, Swiss balls and pilates balls. Exercises are graded and tailored to the individual. Jade will ensure you perform exercises appropriate to your needs, level and fitness. You should wear light, loose-fitting clothing such as a t-shirt and tracksuit pants or leggings.

Thurs: 5.00-6.00pm
